Each

Market Identification and Analysis
There is no reason to
spend large sums of money pursuing a business, unless there is some
promise of success. Even if you have a product or product design,
modifications may be needed to address a specific customer or set of
customers. RYMAC can conduct market surveys, including in-depth
interviews with real customer decision-makers, to determine if
your product or product idea has a good chance of success. We can
speak with these senior level contacts, without identifying your
company or product, if you wish, because we maintain excellent
relations with executives and managers at virtually every important
carrier. We can then prepare a detailed market analysis report, which
identifies target customers, tells you about your competition, and
recommends steps to maximize your chance of success.

Business Plan Preparation and Presentation
Once you have a vision of success,
and have decided to enter the market, you will need to share with others
your passion for that success. Whether you are starting a new
division in an established company, or starting a new company
altogether, someone must be convinced to invest real money in your
venture. We have prepared
complete business plans from "scratch" for numerous companies and
divisions, and several of us have successfully launched new companies
ourselves. We have attracted investment capital from outside VC firms,
as well as from internal corporate sources. We work with you to
research, document, prepare, and print winning business planning
documents, and we can even professionally present these plans on your
behalf to outside investors, or your own senior management. |

Cultural Assistance
For executives and managers from
other countries, we even offer help with language and culture. We can
provide comfortable "one-on-one" instruction in both business and
common English from our in-house certified ESOL (English for
Speakers of Other Languages) teachers. We can teach
you or your family members how to communicate, travel, and live in the
US, and teach you how to quickly feel comfortable speaking to your customers.
We can conduct this training at your home or office. For executives
located in the Atlanta, GA area, you can come to our training center
for private instruction. |
