Phil McCall - Founder and
Senior Partner
Mr. McCall
is a 35-year veteran of the Telecom and Communications industry. He started
his career in engineering at BellSouth, before the merger with AT&T, and has
spent the last 25 years representing both large and small manufacturers of
world-class products. He has successfully sold major network products into all
Tier 1 ILEC's and IXC's, as well as most of the Tier 2 carriers in the United
States. Mr. McCall also sold products into carriers in Europe, South America,
The Pacific Rim, and the Middle East. He maintains executive level

Kevin Ryan - Founder
and Senior Partner
Kevin Ryan is a veteran
of both the Telecom and IT industries in Silicon Valley, and is a successful
entrepreneur in both. While at Silicon Graphics, he helped to market a
revolutionary work station, that was used to create some of the entertainment
industry's first computer-generated animation. He has founded start-ups in
Silicon Valley, and has many venture capital contacts. Mr. Ryan has consulted
